There’s not a mentor on this list who fails to leave their imprint on Aang. Monk Gyatso is a figure of the past, yet we feel his lessons in Aang’s actions along this journey. There’s not a bad entry here. However, there are levels. Those names above fit in different tiers, but there’s no doubt Aang’s friends Toph, Zuko, and Katara need big spots on this list.
