But every now and then, despite being the hero, they are outshone by their side characters who turn out to be more heroic than them. This doesn’t have to be all the time (even though sometimes it is) and this doesn’t necessarily mean that the hero isn’t heroic or great (although sometimes, they aren’t) but it still happens. In this video we are going to take a look at ten or so times that side characters actually were the real hero of the movie. Whether it is saving the hero countless amounts of times, figuring things out or their action causing the plot to progress, or just being damn more likable and having more character development.
