I released my first video on the 25th April 2011 on blip.tv. Here are 15 things I have learned from 10 years making videos which might help you! 00:00 Anyone remember Blip.tv? 00:24 Who even are you? 01:23 How do you stay motivated when nobody is watching? 01:30 1. Make stuff you actually want to make 02:14 2. Enjoy the process 03:00 3. They need to watch before they can care 04:03 4. Deliberate practice beats everything 04:33 5. Don't get too in-joke happy 04:58 6. Be concise (YouTube is like speed dating) 06:26 7. Double down when something does well 07:01 8. It's OK to experiment 08:15 9.
