I mean, you get to be a superhero after all! But that doesn’t mean it doesn’t come without its fair share of hard work and strife as to play the part of a superhero, you have to look the part of the superhero. In other words, you have to be ripped to play the part! Now. for some actors, they were already in remarkable shape before they got cast for their MCU parts, but for others, they really had to workout hard, often taking months, and sometimes even years, to get into superhero shape. They would work with trainers and nutritionists working out almost daily until they became the finished product. In this video we will take a look at 10 actors who got ripped (or, even more ripped) to play their MCU roles. From actors having to put on twenty pounds of muscle in months, to other actors having to lose sixty pounds for a role we will see some crazy body transformations (and sometimes even crazier methods) and see the true dedication it takes to be an MCU hero.
